Stonehaven, 21/09/2007
This is a table top in a small café in a town called Stonehaven, it’s on the East coast of Scotland and is about half way between Aberdeen and Arbroath give or take a few miles. I won’t go as far as saying that this is my contribution to Abstract Expressionism but what drew me to take this picture was the resemblance to the works of Jackson Pollock or Cy Twombly embodied in the random doodlings of children.
